Postwar, by Tony Judt - A book, not a link, but required reading for anyone interested in modern politics. He recaps European history from 1945 to present.  For anyone interested in globalization, this is when it all fell into place.

Oreo cookies in China are different. This should be no shock really, but Oreo wafers just seem sacrilegious to me. They seem to work however, as Oreo is now the top selling biscuit in China.
